Terrible Unacceptble Couch - parts were missing
DO NOT order items from Walmart that reference "Walmart Marketplace". Walmart is not able to provide assistance with your order if there are any issues. I ordered a couch (I know it's walmart - but the couch was $800 and the Macys had the sane couch but was out of stock). The couch shipped to my parents house. There are 3 parts missing the the right side arm of the couch. So, it's sitting there waiting for parts they they agreed to ship me after several emails. I finally asked for a refund which they have not agreed to do. My 90 year old Mom and my 93 year old Dad, now have this broken looking piece of furniture crowding thier living room. It' s the worst shopping experience I have ever had. And has definitely affected any futur relationship with Walmart.
