My kids love this trampoline! It was very easy to put together. It only took about a hour-and-half. All I had to do was follow the step-by-step instruction.The protective netting is a great safety barrier to keep the kids centered on the trampoline so they don't bounce off.

Instrucciones suck we had to figure it out on our own. Weight here say 400 and so and this manual says 330 what's up with that…. Any who that's my Only complain but other than that it's good. Shipping was wrong said Thursday the. Friday then Saturns a then Monday and it got here Saturday

We bought this for my kids, 5 and 3, for Christmas. It broke in 6 months.

package came all tore up in the mail via UPS! Springs and poles sticking out of the box! Not even sure if all the springs will be there when returning due to they are coming out of the box! Returning due to I need a 16 ft trampoline instead (too small for tricks, flips....). Afraid to even attempt touching to to looks like missing pieces just from the shape of the box!

We spent nearly 2 hours putting up this trampoline to find out the jumping mat had arrived damaged and one of the nylon loops on the mat torn during installation. I called customer service to see if they could send a replacement mat and was told I would have to send the entire trampoline back! Really?

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS!!! Bought this as a Christmas present for my son, it was assembled in late April due to the weather in Ohio. My son imped on it once before it broke, luckily he wasn't injured. I contacted Walmart beginning of May and after weeks of being told they would have the item picked up for return and refund TODAY I'M TOLD IT'S OUT OF THE 90 DAY RETURN POLICY!!! There is no way to get a contact for the manufacturer. No information online!!! Walmart cannot provide the information, DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

This was purchased for my daughter's birthday . The safety net will not stay standing up at all. The legs are not even held together with screws or any other device. The trampoline is very cheaply made. When we received the box it was in horrible condition with parts and pieces falling out.

I bout it a year ago tomorrow. I didn't put it up til Aug of 2022. The bars split in half. Not where screws go but where it was welded

Was just putting this trampoline together for my kids' Christmas present after reading all the great reviews. First, there were not enough springs in the box to put together- we were missing 5. Not a big deal. Knew I could get more. But then we noticed that the steel was SPLITTING. That is a huge deal! If we had put it all together without noticing this, it would have probably fallen apart the first day. There was no way to contact the company directly even though some of the reviews mentioned excellent customer service. Walmart said we could only return it and get our money back. They couldn't send us a new piece or even replace the trampoline. I don't even know if I would've wanted a replacement piece. If one piece was faulty, they probably all are. Be careful buying this one!
