AeroBand Guitar Stringless Acoustic Electric Guitar Portable with Detachable Fretboard

The first thing to note is that the strings not being there are great for beginners who want to learn guitar but aren't quite sure solely because they do not need to develop calluses. The sound is great, the capo feature is one of the best things created by man, the tone changing is fun. The fact that it still acts as a regular guitar with outputs to headphones and an 3.5mm jack is great. And by golly why is no one putting a speaker on guitar like this? It actually is really nifty for an electric since not everyone has a headphone amp around. I mean it is perfect for travel and so much more. The fact that you don't have strings can be a bit of a learning curve but overall is amazing.

My husband was a little hesistant at first because the fret board was so different, didnt seem to allow the flexibility of normal strings, but after "reading the instructions" and getting it set up properly, he loves it. The versatility, ease of carrying and sound is amazing!

I really like the feel of the guitar in general. Very high quality, the strings are also very high quality. Everything is very responsive.

Still in an exploratory mode, needs more familiarity with the stuff and its over-all totality!

A disadvantage is that you cannot do stretching or bends on this guitar (the guitarrist we love) because it has no strings in the fretboard.

Recommended with caution.guitar can't handle fast picking or strumming. It begins to flutter erroneously.. Delayed /overload missing out on parts as a result. Nice tones and options but a little pricy for a guitar with performance issues
