I had lettuce in 2 weeks!

Penelope Pollard April 16, 2020

I absolutely love it! I had my first salad with my lettuce last night. I told all my friends but they say they are having a hard time finding them. I plan on buying more this fall to grow peppers and cherry tomatoes over the winter. Highly recommend!

It works great

Dennis Collins January 11, 2020

I can honestly say, it works. Had to be patient for the pods to germinate but once I saw the initial growth, they took off. I was able to start light harvesting within a couple weeks. Today, about a month after I plugged it in, I cook with fresh herbs. Really nice:)

Growing herbs but arrived with broken buttons

Grace April 12, 2020

My Harvest 360 was very easy to set up and 5 out of 6 herbs are growing successfully (Thyme is a no-go). I can't give this product 5 stars because while the "touch" buttons light up, they do not perform any function. My unit must have arrived broken because no matter the force - light touch or pushing - the light button does not turn on/off the lights, the plant food reminder doesn't turn to green when touched after food is added, and I have kept an eye on water level so no need to touch that button. A little disappointing but I unplug the unit if need be to turn off the (very bright) lights. However, if product is unplugged, timer is also inactivated and will pick up where it was in the light/dark cycle when unit is plugged in again. Still pleased with the growth of the herbs so far, but a little sad the unit isn't functioning properly straight out of the box.

Not a Fan

Adrianne July 11, 2020

Maybe it is just me, but it's been over (3) weeks and the (2) Basil plants have grown some. The Dill sprouted and died, and the remaining two don't seem to be doing anything at all. I followed the directions precisely, so don't know why this happened. I was hoping for something that at least resembled the lush vegetation as depicted on the box.

Space saving

Lizmoetia September 7, 2020

I love the concept. The seedlings took longer than the expected 5 days to begin and 2 of the did not sprout. Aero will replace seedling but I preferred to return the Unit. The unit was much smaller than I expected but very space saving if you have limited space.

It's at most, a 2-pod planter

Sara L Michener June 4, 2020

You basically never want to use all 6 pods. No matter how much you prune, some will stay saplings and some will grow prolifically - basically the lights should be an umbrella shape, providing light to the edges. Ultimately this works fine, as long as you keep at least half the pods empty.

Sad in Nineveh

Karen July 14, 2020

I've used AeroGardens for many years and was always happy until now. The Harvest 360 is very cheap in quality. My unit is defective and all my plants died. It's been 5 days since I replied back to customer service with the requested information and I still don't know the status of the remedy. Very sad at the moment about the situation.

Shady company, don't recommend

Kelsey July 31, 2021

Very upset with the company because they refuse to refund me. I purchased an XL Tall garden 2 months ago, still nothing to show for it. I really wanted to like all aerogarden products, as I have 3 other gardens purchased before purchasing my 4th(the XL Tall model), but the company is literally stealing my money at this point. They are withholding my money, refusing issuing me a return and have not sent my garden 2 months after purchase. Stay away.

It's worth it!

MConaway December 13, 2020

Overall I love my aerogarden 360. I ordered the heirloom lettuce and custom grow kit with my aerogarden. It came quickly and the set up was indeed simple. One lettuce pod sprouted within 24 hours. I have 3 of the 6 pods growing lettuce and it has been growing for 2 months now. I take about 1/3 of the lettuce once a week and within 5 or 6 days it is full and ready to harvest again. I also hoped to grow cilantro, but it was 6 or 7 weeks before I saw a sprout and it was very unhealthy, so I came up with a plan after studying growing cilantro indoors. I started two containers of cilantro in indoor soil. One in a terracotta pot and the other in a paper coated cup and put them next to the aerogarden for the light and within a week to ten days my cilantro sprouted and I have cilantro growing well outside of the aerogarden but with the use of it's light. Cilantro can be grown hydroponically, but after reading many reviews it doesn't do well in the aerogarden. I wonder if it could be the fertilizer? I will try tomatoes and other herbs in the future in my aerogarden.
