Nothing like a Pilates Workout....although keep in mind if your floor is not level it will bump, mine does....so I have to continually move it over my old pine floors

It is a great work out. I had back and leg pain. It is gone. Since I am under 5 feet it's a great length. I guess a little wider would have been nice. For the price great machine

I love this thing! Works well and it's affordable! I was nervous due to other people's reviews that I might be missing a DVD or a bolt, but no, I got everything and my son put together the thing for me. I love the exercises. It feels like cheating because I'm either laying down or sitting the entire time! Great purchase!

I absolutely love my recently purchased reformer. I purchased it the middle Feb 2025. I've been on it everyday, taking a one day rest day each week. That is even hard to do. I want to be on my reformer all the time. It is so easy to use and you will start seeing results in no time. More energy, more toned. It's an all over body workout without the stress on your body.

The motion of the machine gave a slight vertigo feeling on day 2 of using it. Make sure to prop the head rest into the up position and not flat. I see myself using this more than any of our other piece of work out equipment. Easy on the joints, back & neck.

This is a gd product for seniors who need to go at there own pase and will he able to keep up without being feeling left out and amd keep up on there own from the tv verdio.

It is heavy and needs some installation, but the instructions were great, and all the parts were in my box even though the box was pretty beat up when it arrived. You will need 2 people putting rebound board together as it's stronger than me. Otherwise, it was pretty easy and I'm well over 70.

The product works as designed, but the workmanship of the product leaves a lot to be desired. You can tell there was not very good quality control on how parts looked before it was assembled and shipped. The product does work on the floor without the stand and can be a bit challenging for one person to put into the stand without pinching your fingers.

As they upgraded, they shouldn't let people know that they could do an honest trading. Here we have the pilates with the rubber hose with the rubber bands that constantly wear out, but we can't exchange them for anything else. We have to repeat buy these high-priced bands.
