AFI Furnishings Madison Headboard

I love the headboard. It is not quite as sturdy as Id like but will work in a guest bedroom. My husband put it together by himself. It took about an hour to hour and half from unpacking it to completion. It is very nice looking. I got the expresso because I wanted dark wood. No parts were missing and the packaging kept the bed protected.

I was weary, ordering this piece because the price was so good. I recently purchased bedroom furniture from another company, and I was so disappointed, but this piece is very nice. It was packaged SO WELL! Great value and I'd highly recommend!

It is a beautiful natural piece of furniture because it is solid wood. Perfect for my guest room. Very affordable.

This headboard is not only good looking, but very sturdy. It was very easy to put together. It replaced a 35 year old brass headboard that was falling apart. It also matches my 35 year old bedroom furniture perfectly. It was delivered 4 days after I ordered it with free delivery!!

Headboard was damaged when I opened the box. Still waiting for resolution to this issue. No response after 2 emails.

Queen headboard arrived with shipping damage (cracked panel), finish blemishes and missing hardware. Item had inadequate protective packaging. Hardware package had been previously opened. Instructions state to contact manufacturer for issues. Phone call goes to voicemail, email returns undeliverable. Avoid AFI Furnishings products. Walmart has my money but leaves you hanging with 3rd party suppliers.

Arrived broken in 2 places. Returned.

I loved the look of the headboard when I saw it online. However, it just came and when I opened the box, I was so disappointed with the many defects it had. There is a very prevalent crack along the top left part of the headboard. There is also a very obvious separation in the wood panel and a 'gauge' in a corner of the square panel.
