Quit smoking aid
I'm using these sticks to help with quitting smoking. They are working for me to replace the hand to mouth motion. At first, they are very dry, but soften up quickly. The taste is mildly sweet. Licorice root is also supposed be anti-bacterial, so it may help teeth and gums.

an aquired taste is needed. Be sure to soak them according to instructions or the rumor mill. comes off bitter sour very sharp taste. better luck next time. ill try it again. came as ordered.
