Do not hold a candle to the "Severe Congestion" ones. May be that the other ones have menthol and these do not? They will help but they are absolutely average.

I bought this item for 8.25 and I went to buy another one because I like it but they upped the price to almost $15. I think they should put someone to fix their pricing. This is outrageous.

Would love to say it worked BUT CAN'T GET THE DARN TOP OFF! Why are manufacturers putting caps on products that are near impossible to get off and/or open? What engineer designed this and have they tried to use themselves?

Tried this on anothers recommendation, as my pills had let me down. The first time i used it i realised it would not help as i blow my nose so frequently and with subsequent cleaning any benefits were wiped away.
