Afrin Original 12 Hour Nasal Congestion Relief Spray - 30 mL

I was unaware that this still came in the original formula. I was actually a tiny bit thrilled. It's not often you have a current need for something and say to yourself, "I truly wish this was still around!". Then low-and-behold there it is, original formula. You buy it, you use it and then there's that old familiar feeling of instant relief. I wonder why these nasal spray companies have stopped directing people to stop tipping your head back while spraying this into your nostrils, holding it for like 20 to 25 seconds, then lifting your head back in the upright position.

Only option in emergency on flights when descending to ensure ears are protected when have to fly with sinus infection or ear infection. Can be addicting si only use occasional as needed only.

This stuff works miracles! It can save your night if you are congested! Whenever my oldest child gets a runny nose, they drive everybody in the house crazy, sniffling non-stop and coming into our bedroom half a dozen times at night to miserably declare that they can't sleep. After dealing with this for years, it one day occurred to me to see if Afrin was available for older kids. My bottle came the next evening, I promptly administered 2 squirts to each of my child's nostrils, and within SECONDS they had stopped sniffling. For the first night all week, everybody slept! I will be keeping this on hand for colds from now on.

I suffer from nasal congestion alot during the summer months. 3 squirts of this up each nostril and within literally one minute, i can breathe again! But, be careful!! Addiction to the medicine in it (Oxymetazoline) is very real. I highly reccomend doing your research before using any kind of OTC medications.

I have used Afrin (regular and moisturizing) products. If you have SEVERE blockage; Afrin is what you want. It's INSTANT congestion relief. If you need to use it for several days and/or have sensitive nasal passages, I suggest that you get the Moisturing product; otherwise, you may suffer a very slight nose bleed. Be sure to follow the instructions and not use long term or more frequently than suggested. If any happens to run down the back of your throat - drink some water.

this afrin is very helpful when I have allergies. saves me a trip to the Doctor. price is right.👍👍👍👍

i get a stuffy nose so bad i cant breathe i saw the commercial saying it works in seconds it does not. i think it works slow but long term which is ok it also does not have a nasty taste that seeps down your sinuses into your throat which is a plus and i havent had it dry my sinuses out like some others do

I ordered two and it's showing that you arrived. I only received one I had been texted that I had to replace with a different one and that was fine. My issue is I only received one not two.

We couldn’t remove the cap. Under a magnifying glass, we found the directions to push down and turn counter clockwise to close, but no instructions for removing. I thought there might be a review that would help, so came here and looked at one star reviews. By the time I’d read just a few reviews I was laughing so hard I couldn’t talk or even see to read anymore. So I told my husband it must need to be turned clockwise to open. He couldn’t budge it just turning, or pushing down and turning. He got some pliers, no push down needed, and it opened. Incredibly poor design! You SHOULD NOT NEED PLUERS to open a small bottle of nose spray.

Top would not come off. I'm familiar with "child" prove tops but this one "would not" come off. Had to use a knife (carefully) to cut the red top off. Product would not spray enough and basically had minimal effect on a stuffy nose. Will not be buying this brand again..Wasted money!! 😡
