ok so the bed is awesome for my daughter. the only thing that sucks is shipping cost and how much the two boxes you get weigh. one box is very very heavy and the other box is just about 50lbs but the big box is like 150lbs and there is a whole lot of parts and that sucks. it will literally take you a very long time to assemble and that is the worst thing about this product

This bed is so cool. My tween loves all of the features, it condensed all of her items into 1 piece of furniture, and we got rid of her vanity andnbookshelf.

Great value for the money

Very gorgeous bed set. Easy install. One of the boards had a bit of a dent. But it's very nice overall.

The beds came out beautiful, I order two beds. One was missing the inside of the dresser. Both were missing two nuts. Had to go to the hardware store to purchase four but they were pretty cheap. But overall nice beds so far. My girls haven’t slept in their beds yet. Overall look it’s amazing

i love everything about this but i wish things came with instruction dvd bc i had to take the dresser apart like 5 times to make sure it right so double check everything before putting on the desk tops other than that its perfect n my kid loves it

I would have have it a five star but I'm missing one of the hard boards that go in one of the six drawers. It's there a way I can order the piece or it be sent since it was supposed to come with it? Other than that it's a nice set.

Several items came damaged inside the box. Assembly took a long time. Overall look of bed is nice otherwise.

The fake wood for desktop came damaged and it is to narrow to hold keyboard and monitor at the same time, unless you have a fancy smancy wall mount monitor. I got it as a workbench, barely big enough.

The desk has a huge crack in the middle which I didn't notice until I opened it up. It doesn't look like it was from the delivery It looks like it came that way. Not pleased, but I needed a bed. Also, there's also no caps for the screws so they're just visible. I'm not used to that
