Agri-Fab Box Scraper Grader Blade 45-0265

I use the box scraper to maintain an acre of property. I have used it to scrape weeds, spread gravel, and to breakup and spread soil. So far it has managed to handle every task I have used it for. I had no issue with the instructions or assembly, everything assembled easily with no missing or damage components. I did find that ballasting the front wheels on my tractor helped significantly with turning when the box scraper is attached. I would buy this product again.

This is well built and I use it with a electric hydraulic sleeve hitch on a lawn tractor to raise and lower it. Some reviews are a little critical probably because they want commercial results. For the homeowner this is perfect and has done what I had hoped it would do. Has some other uses that I had not thought of until I got used to using it. An electric hydraulic hitch gives the scraper much more flexibility and is easier to use.

We've had this for almost six years, and while I wish it were heavy enough to really break into our road base, I knew going in that something on my little GTH24V52LS wasn't going to work my a full-size tractor. I have been able to use it to great effect on our driveway, which is road base with cedar mulch overlaid, and the only other adjustment I wish I had would be an ability to change the height of the scraper blade to not drag the ground but hover just above it. That would work best on re-layering mulch. Again, didn't think I'd get that at this size and price point, but it would be nice. As is, it gets 5 stars not because of what it can't do, but because it does what it should and does that well.

Works great on my gravel driveway, I pull it with a Husky garden tractor. You do need a sleeve hitch for your garden tractor to use the box scraper.

I bought this to maintain my yard and driveway, it does real good on loose un-compacted soil and rock, hard clay and very badly compacted rock roads, not so much. Assembly was a breeze. It could also use a tray for cinder blocks for additional weight to make it dig in better

Decent product for family garden maintenance. Needs more weight to be great.

I bought this to enable me to do some leveling and to remove light snwofalls up to 8" or so without having to remove my belly mower. The uint is too lightly constructed for me. If thy offered an HD modedl I would be intrerested. If yo buy one I recommend the following mods. have the blade re-enforce and the teeth enlarge adn flame hardened. I also installled two long, 3/16" bolts through the unused holed in the upper box frame to support the edges of two cement blocks I lay in the top for weight. this give me down pressure and allows much more work to be done.

It does flex a bit while being pulled and needs some weights added to make it dig in. But it did spread my gravel well enough for me to say I was glad to have it.

I bought the scraper box last month. 2 of the teeth broke off the scarier assy in the first 10 minutes. Very disappointed with my purchase. Looking for an alternative solution

Extremely light weight. It bounces on the hitch sleeve and doesn't produce good results. Very disappointed.
