Agrotkindustrial QH12 Mini Excavator, 13.5 HP, 1 Ton, Fully Assembled

There's lotsa cheap things on this machine... like the throttle linkage or the fact that there's no grease fittings on the points ur supposed to grease, etc! But this little machine is a beast and the hydraulics are heftier and stronger than the weight of the machine. You'll be surprised at what this thing can do and the price is way reasonable. I was all in at just under 5k!

I was very worried about the shipping but needn't be. Communication was great once it hit the local depot. They dropped it off on the end of my driveway. Be careful not to lose the key when you remove the plastic wrap!! I've only used it 2 hours but it's as expected after watching a few youtube reviews. Mine was orange. Very very slow moving on treads. Jerkiness is not as bad as others say. Unit comes ready to use and does not need modifications that others suggest (such as hydraulic fluid cooler - it's not needed at least in my 60F climate - maybe if it was 100F outside). Unit was nicer than the one in walmarts picture in tiny ways: Came with toolbox and tools. Has a "rug" under my feet that lifts off easily. Nicest thing: came with hinges and clasps to open and close the rear panel. Another tiny difference - the spare/aux hydraulic lines are above the boom, not on the sides. I took off the floor panels, seat and rear panel inspecting everything and found no loose bolts except for the middle tooth on the bucket but it was fine. I haven't even tightened that one yet after digging several yards of dirt, rocks, and roots. Oh - one critical sticker that explains the battery disconnect switch position was in the wrong spot and confused me. The manual for the unit is quite bad, not listing what type of hydraulic fluid and not listing other critical specs (hose sizes for example). What the manual does list is good - check it out for yourself before you buy. Don't buy this if you aren't excited to learn new things and are not the kind of person who is comfortable fixing things. Excavators are very dangerous - be careful and think before you act. This is a tippy machine.
