These earbuds work, but you need to fully charge before use and keep instructions handy- because instead of a button they switch functions by tapping the side of the earbud and they are very sensitive. So much so that before I understood what was going on I couldn’t hear and would randomly activate AI or my last Spotify podcast. It was frustrating but I eventually connected (there is a small device specific card you will need to activate them- so don’t lose it). Volume, accessing AI, and playing phone podcasts are all accessed by tapping. I wish they had a button for only translation- I found the tapping to be confusing. These ear buds do it all but you can get lost easily when you first start using them. I tried out the English/ French translation with my daughter Emily. While it worked, she said she wouldn’t have translated the phrases that way into French- so translation may not be the best conversationally but gets the point across. As far as fit, they were a bit large for my ears and I wish they had size options. Comes with a case that can charge the earbuds even if temporarily disconnected from power that had a numerical display to show battery left.

I work in the school district, I have a bunch of non English speaking children. I brought these to help understand them easier. Over the last few days it’s worked perfectly to translate wha they are saying

Love the color plus it actually works. You have to scan the QR code which will download the app. Set up and you can now have a conversation with complete strangers, co-workers, family, friends.

Earbuds are such a cool piece of tech , I am seriously impressed with these c35 translation earbuds. I wasn't sure how accurate the real time transition would be, but they have exceeded my expectations

The sound quality is good. The translation is decent. You do need to download an app for it though

These work wonderfully. holds a good charge, fits the ear great!

I tested it by playing other languages that included English translations and it correctly translated most of the words. It didnt catch all words being used so it wasn't' perfect since one of two words can completely change the meaning of what's being conveyed. It was easy to get started, I didn't read the manual or anything but just followed the prompts from the app. I will try to use it more and update my review but so far, so good

Does not work. Cannot bind the device to the app. When I paid for app subscription noting changed couldn't do anything with the app at all. Do not buy. A waste of money More reviews

I paid for the HTC ne27 open ear AI buds. they did not arrive a substitute was sent that did not have the case display and required a subscription to use the earbuds where in the HTC ne27 operates off of an app that you don't have to have a monthly subscription for. the company that provided should have sent me the correct merchandise that I ordered not c35 substitution that requires a subscription.
