Arrived a day early. as I am elderly, I had someone install it for me. they were quick and efficient, saw no indication of a problem with installing. Immediately put out cold air. It is still putting out cold air, keeping the front of the house cool. I recommend this AC for price and efficiency.

Cools really quickly. I look forward to seeing how the usage is reflected in my electricity bill. It's supposed to be super efficient. The controls are easy, and I placed it in a large room. Nice and cold air! Of course, I always buy the extended warranty just in case.

nice kerps the room ice cold. only problem is the remote doesn't work with the temp up and down to adjust the temp. on off button works fine but that's it.

I bought this to cool down my bedroom and attached bathroom. It freezes me out! So I open the bedroom door and it cools the entire upstairs loft area. Love this unit and a great buy

I think for the cost of this it should cool more of the house down better off buying two smaller ones in different areas for better cooling. Not to mention it tripped the circuit anytime we used anything. Also very loud.

It is a little heavy and was harder for a single woman to put in the window, however the deal for the power this has is great. Keeps the whole house Cold, and is used for multiple rooms temp control.

Air conditioner work okay but have had less a week and the remote has quit working. Need a replacement.

Smaller than its predecessor it is more powerful. No worries use old mount with foam to fill in gaps, easy install.

got it and set it up and the fan was froze on it. so now I have to send it back and endure the 100° weather without an AC

We replaced a 14,000 BTU unit with this one...it performs just as well and not as heavy to put in...
