Change Humidifer Filters OFTEN - eliminate MOLD!
I believe my most useful tip (based on my personal experience) is to change filters when the manual recommends changing! I have a wonderful humidifier and Walmart sold me the exact replacement filter I needed. In this unit, you cannot see the filter until you disassemble the humidifier. I was actually shocked when I saw black looking mold on my old filter. I wish I had changed that filter months and months ago. So any of you reading this review, please check your filters n o w and don't put it off.

Exactly right
Perfect. They have the mesh support which is needed and often needs to be bought separately.
