It came partially assembled. Remaining assembly was easy with all required tools provided. Two double A batteries required for the simple control panel were not included. The display stays on, eating the battery life, so make sure you buy some rechargeable batteries. Less than five minutes after starting the warmup for my first workout, the bolt on the left crank that connects the pedal to the main shaft sheared off. Without a tap and die, I can't remove the sheared bolt myself and the shipper has not responded since receiving the requested photos of the damage in the preassembled portion of the bike.
