I've been using another name brand for years. I switch because I saw this item in a store and the reason I switch is because the outlets I have are in the opposite direction because I live in an older home. So to have the flexibility of being able to change the position of the outlet is perfect. It also has a light which acts as a nightlight. And it is worth the extra money because it lasts longer the scent. I would like to see more seasonal scents. I've tried the newer scents that are not as popular to buy and the reason is is because the scent isn't strong enough. So I would stay with the scents that you've been purchasing over the years

I really like the Airwick air fresheners. I love the fragrance they give up and I love that you can set it from high to low so that the fragrance doesn't get too much.

I love the fragrance. It is easy to use. I wish the light was a little brighter but it's ok. I like the way it releases the aroma. I have it in the hallway and the aroma carries to the other rooms. Not a lot but just enough to make the air smell fresh.

I have small bathrooms for two of these. I can't tell any difference between the latest warmers and the originals. The scents might release slower (??) shrugs shoulders. once a year I'll buy a random scent without having sniffed it and only relying on the reviews. If it's something I would never put into my body like sea salt, that's a negative on trying.

The problem is there is no bottle with scented liquid. It's very frustrating. On picture on cover is fully assembled warmer and liquid bottle together. Only on one left corner it says warmer. Not warmer only or liquid not included. So basically you're buying a piece of plastic. There is no way you can tell quality or how it works. Put bigger sign - warmer only. In this case people would buy refill also

The price was decent but make sure you read the description… the information provided on the pictures is incorrect, I only got the warmer and not the scented oil. Picture /advertisement was misleading as it showed both products and had to make two transaction, one for the warmer and the other for the scented oil.

What in the actual heck??? I bought this online. The picture on the package shows the warmer and A BOTTLE OF FRAGRANCE OIL. Upon opening, I read the instructions and then noticed the bottle of oil was MIA. I thought somehow I dropped it and spent my time looking around. Finally, I researched my purchased to find I was duped by, what I consider, false advertising. Seriously, it's an air freshener. Do I really need to do a deep dive into air freshener? This is not a house or a car. Who thought the packaging was a good idea? If I sound a bit ticked off, I am. I shop online because I'm disabled and online shopping is so convenient for me. I read the first several reviews (from 2024) and they were positive so I went with the purchase. I should have looked further, where many others were duped as well. And it's not like I can hop in the car and return it or even buy the oils. I live 30 minutes away. I have to spend at least $35 for free delivery. I just made a large purchase for 2 weeks of groceries. Ok, done with my rant but Air Wick, do better. Great way to lose customers.

What good is a defuser without scent! If you purchase this be prepared to buy scent refills. Who markets a product without making it usable when opened. I have no idea if this works?? Does me no good without fragrance!

I purchased these Airwick advanced plug-ins thinking it came with oil . it did not ...very upset with the false advertising of this product . i can't review something that i didn't get .
