It is a wonderful immune system builder. if I feel like I'm I'm coming down with a cold all I've got to do is start taking it and It keeps me from having a cold.

Have been every day since before Thanksgiving I've had several house members with the flu. I have yet to get it take this product consistently. It helps keep your immune system up.

I have used this product several times and each time that I have used it I feel that it has held me avoid getting sick or helped keep me from getting sicker. It tastes very good and I love the bubbly effect, so that's a bonus when you're already not feeling great.

I really like packaging for these. They fit in my purse nicely. And they're so convenient when you travel. I took them on two trips I had in one month. Going from hot to cold to hot climates I usually get sick. But this time I stayed well the whole time. I'm very grateful to these and will be buying them again.

I depend on this product, especially in the winter when a lot of sickness is going around. So far this winter I have not gotten sick. I don't know if the product prevented it, but I take it especially if I have been to the store around people who probably are sick. The dissolvable tablets, dissolve quickly in cold water easy to drink. Taste good.

I really like this product and I do believe that it does help either prevent getting things from people that are sick or at least shaves off a few days of being sick. It has kind of a weird taste but not bad. It's effervescent. I think it does a pretty good job

it helps when you lose money you need these supplements to get through a cold or vitamins you need. that is easy to use

Always helps me to feel better. I try to remember to use as a daily supplement and I think I stay healthier when I do, but as an old person with 7 prescriptions (5 daily and 2 PRN) and 7 other supplements, I just get overwhelmed sometimes with medicine taking.

Airborne is good for when you are sick but the Effervescent one is not good for feeding tubes. I suggest using one of the other Airborne chewables to dissolve to put in the feeding tubes. The Effervescent one causes heartburn for the patient.
