Good to see a mastic now secures a wet heavy filter element to its frame. Hopefully that upgrade will prevent a heavy wet filter in use from falling out of its frame well before its replacement time.

I have been using this humidifier for two years and am well satisfied. The wick replacement filters were the right size and work well. Our hard water builds up a lime base on the filters over time, but These wic filters handle a small bath of vinegar each week or so and zi will continue to order them. I use three to four per season.

I have been using your humidifier and the wicks for many years and have always been quite satisfied. The wicks this year started coming unglued half way through the heating season, Fortunately, I was able to hold them together with rubber bands and make it through the season. Hopefully, the ones I just bought were made a little better.

We're using these wicks in a new Essick humidifier and they are not working well. Same water we've always used, same location in the house, but we can't get the humidity above 25% and it often falls below 20%. Very disappointing.

When I ordered my humidifier I ordered these replacement filters not knowing they were the wrong size. My fault, there is nothing wrong with them, but I can't use them. Can I send them back for a refund or take them to the store? I ordered the correct ones today! So far I am very happy with my humidifier!
