Haven't used yet but appears to be exactly are described and will meet our needs for pulling knee boarders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son uses this as a second or backup rope to knee board & wake board. The rope is not what I would consider heavy duty as it's a pretty thin & lightweight but the handle is sturdy & comfortable. So far it's working just fine.
