I overall loved the gum,only a little put off by the abcense of no clear wrapping around for air and particale protection,but overall awsome.I said the second part because the gum did seem a little soft like it was exposed to alot of heat before put to room temputure but it was a 5.

I ordered this 12 box of gum and received 1 pack? Went through customer service 2 more times and still only received a single pack only each time. Imgive up! Apparently you have have a problem with your shipping practices. I had to make two trips to two stores (not Walmart) to be able to have the 12 packs I needed for Easter. Really, I am disabled, that's why I ordered the box in the first place. Thanks for creating more of a problem than it's worth.
