It was easy to set up and it's been easy to use. It's also very portable. Most importantly, it does a great job of tracking indoor pollution and humidity levels. The latter has been very useful in growing house plants (not to mention humans). The former has served to remind me when I need to open a window or turn on a fan.

When you live in an area that has fire smoke 30 days per year in August/September, this is a safety factor as it tells you when you need to turn on your air purifier and check your furnace filter!

I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son-in-law. He was very pleased with it! It provides all the elements of air quality he wanted to monitor and is easy to use and understand.

The measurements clearly correspond to the environment, it's easy to use, and it has good customer service available. It feels expensive, but that one payment is worth its help ensuring longterm health.

AK1000 has been great in our older home. It is seemingly very accurate (VOCs spiked after we painted and after we cook, etc). We love knowing when we may need to crack a window or turn on the air purifier. Looking forward to seeing how it operates for us in our humid summers!

I am very happy with the Airknight air monitor. The multiple indicators have provided great insights into various issues related to the indoor or outdoor air and have helped me take measures to improve my home's air quality. I would recommend to everyone who wants to maintain a healthy environment in their home.

Easy to use. Small and compact.

I bought this unit because it provides detailed measurements of individual factors affecting indoor air quality and not just an overall score. The item arrived quickly and was well packaged. It's easy to set up, and the readings are clear and easy to read even from across the room. The unit turns itself off after 11 hours to preserve its life, so don't be alarmed when this happens -- it is not broken. My only concern is that I'm not sure how accurate the TVOC measurement is. At times, it has been as high as 9.0 (should be 0.5 or under) even though I am not cooking, cleaning, or using any chemicals at the time. All my furniture and furnishing are old, and I don't believe they're still off-gassing. I have 5 air cleaners in my split-level house, all registering good air quality at the time (although I'm not sure whether they address VOCs). All in all, however, I am very pleased with the AirKnight air quality monitor and can recommend it. I also like that AirKnight has been around for 40 years.

Data is not reliable, so why would you want this item? Does not hold charge and basically will not work all day unless plugged in. HUGE waste of money.
