Does the Job
If you can get past something being inside your nose, it does a good job keeping your nostrils open so you can get air in. I'd say that it works about as well as nose strips. I will say, however, that I have insanely narrow nasal passages, so it does slip down a big at night - but even still, it helps.

AIRMAX Nasal Dilator for Better Sleep
I really like these. They are soft and you hardly know they are there. I mean you can feel something but not bad. I'm thinking on buying another pair for a spare pair. I sleep so much better now not feeling I can't breathe good.
