Had it for about a week, so far so good, VERY happy with this dishwasher, big enough to fit in just about all my pots and pans, yet compact and portable enough for my small apartment with the help of a wheeled kitchen cart. Hope its make is durable enough to keep working for a while yet.
This little monster is AWESOME! Have a family of 4 plus my in laws for the weekend, all dishes and pots were heavily soiled, sink was piled high overnight with dishes, tonight pulled out my dishwasher, ran 3 loads on heavy, everything came out stunning, clean and hot! Definitely a great buy and worth every penny! Wow what an invention!
I got this little gem on sale because I wanted a countertop dishwasher and it works great. It is about as quiet as a dishwasher gets, easy to use and cleans well. If you have serious stuck on food, you'll probably have to still either scrape or run it through twice. I use the great value dish packet dupes (premium plus) and save loads of money. I do rinse or remove the majority of the food product which is generally what should be done with any dish washer. My dishes are clean, dried and disinfected. It's easy to use and has a great variety of settings. I love the express and the fruit and veggie settings for rinsing off fruit! I have crazy hard well water but the salt reserve takes care of that no problem. It doesn't leave spots on the dishes either. To fit larger items, the top rack is removable. This is a great option if you can't have or don't want a full size dishwasher, are looking to save space or just hate doing dishes and want some extra help getting through that stack in the sink.
I am amazed at how long I went in life without a dishwasher. I rinse my plates and utensils before loading into the unit. It uses less than 1 teaspoon of gel or powder. It takes about 1.5 gallons of water to wash. Do not use pods or Rinse aid. The soap in them is really too much for a countertop unit. Too much soap can damage the internal sensors. I bought dishwasher cleaner and only use 1.5 to 1 teaspoons of the powder. Make sure to clean the filters and Everything comes out clean. Having this has helped me become disciplined in clearing my sink of dishes and putting them away immediately. This was definitely a good financial investment. Great decision. No regrets so far.
it works very well, it surpassed my expectations, loading it takes a little creatively to maximize the available space, the spray arms are pretty powerful, plastic storage containers need to be weighted down to keep it from being knocked over, even the warm air drying cycle works pretty good, well not with the plastic containers, but I don't use it very much anyway, if I felt the need to complain, it would be with the shipping, first let me say, it was free shipping and it did arrive when it said it would, 6 days after placing the order, but after the fact, I found out it shipped from Salt Lake City, i live in Michigan, and it took them 6 days, I mean, I've ordered stuff from Amazon that shipped from China and got in less time than that, but I'm not disappointed with the dishwasher at all, and yes I would recommend, and would buy again.
I have recently joined Walmart . I have been with Amazon since the beginning. There is no comparison...I have had nothing but problems that don't get resolved with Wally's. This dishwasher (along with over 20% of my orders) never showed up and Wally's customer service will tell you things that are not true and wasted your time vs fix the issue. I can't rate the dishwasher cause I have never received it. I have simple grocery orders that are undelivered after 3 weeks. If you really want or need it, shop elsewhere
This was, I thought a perfect size for my needs. However, once I started putting my dishes into it, did I realize how small it was! Then the hose wouldn't fit my sink and I would have to find a replacement, is when I decided it wasn't worth the hassle. I have a standard size faucet. My idea of a perfect appliance is when you can unbox the item and use it without going to the hardware store! Very disappointed in my selection
After exhaustively researching countertop dish washers, I landed on the AIRMSEN due to having the best shape and dimensions out of the other competitors. The dishwasher itself performed very well and is able to fit many dishes inside, however after only 8 months the unit started pulling an error and stopped functioning. I contacted customer service and while they got back to me within a day, their solution and etiquette was subpar at best. They said it would need a new "control board" and that I would have to install it myself once it ships from China (took 2.5 weeks to deliver). They did provide an instructional video but I definitely can see folks struggling with diassembling and installing this new component. During the diassembly process, I discovered why the unit failed - it is a design flaw which will happen to every unit, eventually. The control board wiring runs down the inside of the door and exits through a gap at the bottom edge. Because the wire isn't recessed enough, every time you open the door, it gets pinched between the bottom of the door and the unit's frame. Over time, this constant pinching motion at the base cut the wire completely off from normal everyday use. The fact that they have an instructional video specifically to change this part tells me they are aware of this design flaw and they absolutely expect it to fail. Do what you will with that observation but the facts are the facts.
After setting up the unit and running the first cycle, it displayed an E3 error code and started leaking water from the bottom during the drain phase. I thought this would save me from washing dishes, but it ended up causing more trouble — my kitchen floor was covered in water. What a nuisance. I am returning it to Walmart.
The pump failed after about 10 months of use. The customer service was atrocious. It took them months to reply to multiple emails. They made me send a video of the failure. Finally they sent a pump but with no instructions whatsoever. Taking into account the time I wasted with customer service and the time to take apart the machine and try to replace the pump, I should have just thrown it in the trash the moment it stopped working. Having a countertop dishwasher is awesome. Choose a different brand.
