I am very new to the coffee scene, I actually gave Starbucks a chance one day and ordered a cappuccino. To my surprise I actually like it, I have always loved the smell of coffee but never the taste. So the right amount of milk added to the espresso changed my mind. So I researched and found this machine that it’s so easy to use and it’s very close to my comfort for an early morning cappuccino. Being I really don’t know all the fancy words or even different types of hot drinks. I absolutely love all of it on this machine and I feel like a pro at my own house. So if you’re new to coffee and want something without having to drive and get a coffee this is the machine for you. I clean mine after each morning to make sure it’s stays top notch.
First the delivery was incredible fast, faster than amazon prime. I bought in the evening and had it delivered next day before noon I believe. I was impressed with their efficiency. The product is amazing! I have made so many expressos already and cappuccinos. I would definitely buy it again.
Very nice product comes packaged well and is built as such. All the components feel nice and sturdy, no flimsy plastic or weak O-rings. Also has instruction labels near all components that have procedures beyond the connection of the espresso cup. Produces nice rich hot espresso and the separate milk frother does amazing as long as you follow the instructions. Definitely a win win of a buy and would definitely recommend this product to coffee enthusiasts if they are looking for a great home remedy from spending all that money at the coffee shops… give it a shot you won't be disappointed.

This little machine is fantastic, especially for the price. I love that it's easy to operate, just press a button for your selection. It makes great espresso with beautiful crema. Also makes great lattes and cappuccinos, the milk is frothy and delicious, (I used 2% Lactaid milk.) The family was visiting and loved it, that's all we drank for breakfast in the morning and they all loved it!

I compared many espresso machines before purchasing this one. I ultimately chose the Airmsen for the conpact size and ease of use. It is very easy to set up and start makimg your first cupnof espresso. Inuse this dailey to make espressos for my husband, lattes and iced lattes. I have saved so much money and time with my Airmsen espresso machine at home. Plus, my espresso and latte drinks taste exactly the way I like them, everytime I make them. The touchscreen makes every function really simple. Easy cleaning the machine is just a button tap. I've also appreciated the excellent customer service I've recieved. They are quick to response and very friendly. They offered quick answers and resolutions for any questions I had. If your looking for a easy space saving espresso machine for your coffee bar station this is it.
One of the tanks was damaged.And it took over a month to get the part to replace it.But it was also missing a part and I’m still waiting for it.And I don’t know why they didn’t send it when they sent the other part .And it say stainless steel and it’s not.So bad representing a false description of what it was made from.
I love the design, the coffee tastes great, and the milk foam is perfect. But seriously… why didn't anyone tell me this machine brews dollhouse-sized portions? A “double cappuccino” is barely a sip, and a “double espresso” looks like someone forgot to finish pouring it. The space between the portafilter and the drip tray is so tiny that no normal mug fits. I had to go on a treasure hunt around my house to find a cup small enough, and now I'm drinking cappuccinos that look like they're made for action figures. Delicious, yes. Enough to actually enjoy? Nope. Running back five times just to get through breakfast is ridiculous. I'm only keeping it because it wasn't cheap. The machine is as small as the servings. Fingers crossed it at least lasts longer than my thimble-sized coffee.
The milk doesn't froth well after a month of using the coffee maker! There is no foam at all, compared to the first use.
