Before I purchased this dehumidifier, I checked with Al the best dehumidifier for a Studio Apartment. This dehumidifier was recommended. It is quite, absorbs the moisture out of the air, cloths, papers. My apartment was 72 and now it is a comfortable 40 to upper 30s. Now I only empty unit once a week. Follow the instructions. Easy to empty and clean the filters out every 2 weeks. LOVE IT, LOVE IT, HEALTHIER ENVIRONMENT, SAVED MANY PERSONAL ITEMS FROM MILDEW AND MOLD.

It is smaller then my other one I have at my house. It was delivered upside down because the shipping labels were on the arrows up. They had to read the labels this way also. I unpacked and left it upright position for a week. No big hurry to set it up. Started up in continue run and fan change to med speed with drain house on it. Working very outstanding.

...the water right out of the air. I've had it running in a finished basement for about 5 days and it's pulled about a gallon of water per day, on high.

I really liked it. It was very quiet compared to others I've had. But the fan started making noise so I am returning. I may try again because I really like this one. It's a good size and everything.

Product works very efficiently. Hard to push control buttons.

I thought I could have the dehumidifier on the floor and did not realize it did not have a pump and the drain hose would only work if the dehumidifier was higher than the drain so it could empty using gravity.

Unit was plugged in for a week and never condensated. I don't know if I just had a defective unit, or what the problem was. Returned.

At first works like supposed to but then doesn't work, ran it for 3 days and doesn't collect water after initial start.. don't think the compressor works properly
