We had the same trampoline that we ordered from another company and it cost more and had to wait a week for delivery. The wind took it Friday and I order this one Friday night. My grands barely knew it wasn't there. Thank you do much for the quick delivery

Poor closure
Closure did not work well. Nuts were the same and could not put net together

Shipping, poor quality upon receipt.
The shipping was great but the pad is ripped in three or four places and is very dirty like it's been stored outside and not taken care of. I just put it together and my kids can't even play on their brand new trampoline.

in store this product was $245 after tax online I paid $139 plus tax.. A VERY BIG DIFFERENCE... I LOVE IT

Five holes in the trampoline in under a month
My toddlers jump on this and my 12 yo. They love it. We noticed a small hole after a week of use. Then we found another and another. Where they are coming from we have NO idea, but it's now a safety hazard and what a pain to disassemble, return to the store and buy a new one and reassemble. Quality control????
