Although this did recommend two people assembly, I was able to do it by myself. I don’t even know how I did it honestly it. It is very sturdy. The parts could be labeled better but still doable. Might order another one and see if somehow I can connect it.

Assembly took about three hours with two people (two are necessary at a few points). An electric screwdriver is absolutely essential. Once assembled, the catio seems sturdy enough. Looks better in person than in online photos. I customized mine with fake flowers and vines, carpet tiles on the shelves for padding (secured with outdoor Velcro), and a plexiglass bottom to jazz it up. (Ordered two catios; the second one will be breeze to build now that we know the steps and potential pitfalls. Wooden pieces are very faintly tagged with letters on their edges, for example. The holes for the sisal rope pole need to be aligned -- which is not indicated anywhere in the instructions. Attach the small interior boxes as the last step in the assembly to resolve this.)

Durable cedar was used to make this product. Assembly requires two people to ensure product safety and assembler safety. Our cat seems to love and enjoy highly recommend the seller and product.

I love the security it provides as well as the feel of being outside that my cat loves. The different levels allows her to be as high as she wants to be. It can be assembled by one person but two would be much better.

It took 2 people to put this together, but when completed it was cute and exactly what I envisioned. The directions were easy to follow. One odd thing - there is a door on one end you can open, but when the insulated insert is put in, the door is then blocked. Not a big deal, just an odd design feature. It was definitely large enough inside for 3 cats comfortably (if they like each other). I intend to put a heated pad inside, so will have to drill a hole for the cord to come through the house, but again, not a big deal. Not sure how well this will hold up if it is exposed to weather, but this house will be on my covered porch, so not an issue. My outside feral cats haven't been in it yet, but I think once their curiosity is satisfied and the weather gets colder, that it will be used.

Very happy with this catio. My husband put it together within a couple of hours. It is steady, has held up during wind. I do have it next to my house on the carport and it looks very nice. Not cheap looking!

A few pieces were not marked with their corresponding letter and the packing foam stuck to a couple pieces, and couldn’t remove, but great Catio overall.

It came in multiple pieces and took a while to put together with just one person. It is weatherproof it has lasted quite a few thunderstorms already. Material is kind of mid.. one screw has already broken. However, it is nice if you want to put it up against the house in front of a window it has plenty of different doors for you to do tunnel systems or have a cat door for your cat to go in and out. I personally have mine against my fence in my yard and I just carry my cat too and from. It has plenty of shelving units and two cubbyholes, which makes it nice for your cat to perch on and sunbathe or even get out of the sun and cool off in the cubby, my cat is a fan of it. I am not worried about leaving my cat outside because I know she is secure.. one thing about it The latches are really nice and are sturdy. It does have an open bottom so your cat can lay in the grass etc. Other than the assembly and the fact that a screw has already busted I do like this catio overall 7/10

This Catio is constructed using 1x1 boards which is not the sturdiest, the whole structure is rather flimsy. Had the mfg constructed the panels as a whole piece versus cutting them into two pieces, it would be a bit more solid. By panel sections, I'm referring to A1 and ‘I' one section, F %26 G is the middle section and A2 and H is the 3rd section. Combine all three sections or panels it becomes the back “wall” if each section/panel such as A1 and ‘I'were one solid frame, it would have a bit more strength, etc. It would be even more solid had they used 1x2s… or even better, 2x2s. In addition, the paint used appears to be a thin layer of primer vs actual outdoor rated paint, this Catio will not hold up to the humidity or amount of rain we receive for very long.
