i needed an upgrade for my chinchilla. this is perfect! easy enough to read instructions put together by yourself if you use the right tools. my chinchilla is loving his extra space snd new hideouts.

This was the perfect upgrade for my daughter's pet rats. They have so much space to run around and explore. I was able to assemble the entire thing in about an hour. The instructions were fairly easy to follow and included some extra hardware. I even added custom lighting on the inside.

not too big and not too small. I got it for a chameleon and he seems to like all the space.

didn't care much for how many screws had to use to personally assemble with it. And the wire my pet still tries to bite at it and has torn part of it opening the wire

I bought this for my ferrets however it wasn't very good for them due to steep ramps and the wood, even tho it had plastic that would lay over it, the wood seemed to keep the smell of their scat and urine. Would be great for other animals tho and it looks very nice.

The cage overall is great. The problem for me was the smell. The cage smells like the wood was soaked in a perfume and it's been over a week now and it still makes the whole downstairs smell like perfume. I still recommend the cage overall but want everyone to be aware of the overpowering smells that it has.

the description said this was made of pvc, it's made of very cheap wood

None of the parts match up and it is extremely cheap materials. I now have to reassemble my old cage because this is just junk. This was a huge waste of my time and my animal would chew this thing up in about 5 minutes. I’m extremely disappointed in this purchase.
