Very easy to assemble and I was able to do alone. So far I'm very pleased with it. The rabbits are too, maybe a little too much. They are chewing the wood inside. I added more chew toys hoping this will stop them from chewing the cage. Great size for 3 rabbits and very nice looking. Overall pleased and hoping they don't chew it all to pieces.

I like the layout of this cage and it is deeper that's I realized. For the price I did think it was flimsily made but it seems like everything is that way these days. I use it indoors but I would be concerned if it was outdoors. I would definitely reinforce the window on top because our cat jumped up on it and broke it out.

Overall the design and layout of this hutch is great however the quality of materials used is just okay. This is spacious enough for my medium sized rabbit to stretch out and move around. The wood is soft and very easily chewed away. The latches are pretty cheap and not the most secure, but works for me because I have this hutch inside. This is a pretty “fancy” hutch. Love that it has multiple levels and isn't some tiny cage that will make my rabbit depressed. Assembly isn't bad just a little time consuming.

We've only had this a week but urine is coming out of the trays and all over. I am not impressed at all. I bought it with the trays so we could easily clean but not have to Empty the whole cage. I am very disappointed because we are going to have to figure something else out for our 2 rabbits as this is NOT going to work

This is a purchase that I regret. When I recieved it there were multiple issues with it. I don't feel that the quality of this hutch is good. It is rather cheaply made, especially the top/cover piece with the gate and plastic which is all rather flimsy and was never able to align properly. Upon recieving, there were several pieces of wood that were split including the top piece that would have to open and close often. The gate attached to the top piece was not in the grooves to stay in and wood was split inside the groove as well as the gate being bent and some end gate spokes not attacted to the rest of the gate. There is a plastic piece on top that also comes attached and is used like a frosted window I suppose, the packing styrofoam that had broken off in shipping had got into the top plastic window piece and there is no way to get all the little broken styrofoam pieces out of it. So there are pieces of styrofoam floating throughout the plastic piece. The stair ramps are covered with a gravel like material glued on or something and the gravel was all over the place while taking it out of the box, the gravel seemed to shed off of the stair/ramp while handling or touching it as well, and not a very good idea for a rabbit that will possibly chew on it unless under supervision at all times. The bottom stair ramp is pretty steep and the gravel played no part in helping my rabbit as he fell right down the whole bottom ramp. Luckily there is a door hatch to stop entrance to the bottom ramp and bottom unit so I had to close off the bottom unit and just decided to put my rabbits food, treats and toys in the bottom unit instead. After recieving this hutch and seeing the damaged pieces before putting the unit together I did call Walmart whom I purchased through to see if I can get replacement parts for the parts that arrived damaged. Walmart informed me that this Hutch comes from a 3rd party seller and I would have to call their phone number which is based in China to resolve the issue. Walmart also explained that I would have to most likely pay shipping costs if the company agrees to send replacement parts. So at that point I reliezed I was stuck with the broken pieces and this badly made rabbit hutch because I was not willing to put any more money into this cheaply made hutch. There is some kind of grey paint coating on all of the wood and this to me is unnecessary. I wish there were more detailed pictures up close especially of the stairs before I had purchased this hutch. This hutch does look nice as far as the online pictures go but sadly what I recieved was a cheaply made product that would not properly align while putting it together, the top was not aligned to the base of the unit no matter how much I tried to adjust it even with assistance. After less than a week of having put this hutch together, I decided that it was not worth having two hutches since using this new hutch as an indoor unit also means using while needing to be supervised.
