The box is nicely packaged and all items were here. It is so worth 5 stars based off of the completed product however there was a very strange smell when we got all wood out and was ready to assemble. It was a garden/earthy smell and a STRONG odor of a chemical that is used on pressure treated lumber. It caused a coughing spell for my husband that is a daily handyman and he was unsure of exactly what it was so please be cautious! As for the finished product, it is AWESOME! The grandkids LOVED it. We filled it with WATER beads first because it has a mesh liner inside the bottom and then when the rain passed we put it by the Cabana for some blue Crayola sand.. Had a ball!

So I've heard really positive things about this sandbox. I am a couple weeks away from setting mine up in our yard. We are converting our backyard to artificial turf in an effort to conserve water. Unfortunately, the job has been delayed for a while. This has prevented me from assembling our sandbox. As soon as we can get the artificial turf in, we will set up the area for the kids with this sandbox as one of its featured elements. The kids are really looking forward to it. I think the design is really smart with the set in benches and the canopy to provide shade. I love that at the end of the day, we can cover the sandbox with the lid. We have lots of visitors to our backyard (squirrels, birds, cats, coyotes) so it's important to keep them out of the sandbox. I will provide additional information once we can set up this sandbox in our back yard.

Great value for the money. Took quite a while to put together. My 4 year old loves it! FYI: it took 6lbs of the 50lb bags of sand. We picked it up at Lowe's for $5 a bag. Don't pay the prices online for sand!

Great option for an enclosed sand box,. Grands love it . I used diatomaceous earth and boric acid around outside to discourage ants. Good for 2-6 yo … but the 8 yo likes it too .

Second day using it and bench already broke. Can't put skews in.

Go to screw the screws in wood breaks doesnt look new pretty dirty waater spots ! Very disappointing very faded out pink not nearly as bright as it shows!!! Do NOT waste your money on this crap!! Horrible. It is very beat up wood cracking as soon as you screw a screw iin

If you want a sandbox for a good photo op this is it. If u want one kids can play in this is not it. Got for my 2 year old for Christmas. As soon as it warmed up enough for him to play in it we opened it and the back fell off. I've tried fixing it and every time I predrill and put new screws in the wood cracks there's cracks everywhere and the screws fall out. I'm by far no carpenter but I have enough know how to build one of these sandboxes from scratch but not for under 100$ I'm trying to get 1 year of usage out of it but I don't even see one summer month of usage with this wood busting every time a 2 year old sits on it

I would not recommend this sand box at all. The wood is super cheap and kept splitting when the correct screws were used . The screws were not over tightened. The Velcro on the top did not match up so it will not go on even . It looks terrible. Wish I had purchased good solid wood and built my own .

We've had this sandbox for less than 2 months. Poor quality??? I'd like a replacement sent. I've contacted the company already through their website and 2 different emails.

Comes in lots of pieces. VERY poor quality … wood keep splitting. If not for all the comments around horrible to return…,i would return this
