It is very compact and works with other household mugs not just the white one that came with it. I like that the mug also has a cover so that nothing can be put into my drink while it is being warmed up. I normally don't mind coffee or tea that has gone cold but this is great to keep them warm.

Perfect size. Got this so after surgery I could keep tea, coffee, or broth warm. Absolutely love it! I'm ordering one for each of my sisters and coworkers as gifts.

I trust the AIWA brand and I know that this product will perform very well as long as I own it. Japanese companies like AIWA are perfectionists. Cup of coffee coming up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I find this, easily, one of the most useful coffee warmers on the market. It comes with a ceramic holder for the mug and it's easy plug and go. The fact you can charge the phone on it makes it all the better while sipping on some coffee and not letting the coffee get cold. It is built with the use of the product in mind and will last. Definitely a must have.

The heating pad also doubles as a wireless charger for my phone too!! An added surprise bonus which I love! Not too bulky either and is perfect for my office space when I want hot tea or coffee!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this mug warmer works well and keeps my drinks at a warm, yet drinkable, temperature. I'll really enjoy using it in the winter so I won't have to keep microwaving my tea. It works okay to charge my phone, but it isn't as fast as my regular fast chargers, and I have to position my phone fairly particularly for it to work. The device is thin and portable, and I hope it will last a long time. I do think the design/instruction manual could use a little enhancing, but overall it was easy enough to set up and use.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that the mug was ceramic and not some type of plastic or acrylic. It's nice quality! Smaller mug size then I typically use but love that I can run off to a meeting and come back and my coffee is still warm!

I like the appearance of the warmer. It seems it does take longer time to warm up or maybe it's the affect of using it for the first time. I will need to monitor it some more.
