Sharp chopping knife
Excellent chopping knife so far. Very sharp. Used very little so far, so long term use still in question.

Excellent kitchen tool
I got this out of curiosity. I've never had a ceramic knife. This one exceeded my expectations. It's extremely sharp and slices tomatoes with ease. I'm really happy with it.

Great knife, very sharp and the large handle makes it easy to use. The shield for the blade is great to avoid accidents.

Chipped right away
Have used ceramic knives for over a decade and really wanted one without a point. I like the shape of this one but the ceramic chipped after second use.
