Akfix Thermcoat Thermal & Acoustic Spray Foam Insulation Kit - Fire Rated Closed Cell Expanding Foam, 240 Board Feet - 12 Pack Set

Not what I expected after watching videos of application. Applies supper thin. 1/8 inch. If you try to go slower with wand if blows what you have applied off. So you have to apply quick strokes. then reapply after it drys. took me 4 applications to get 1 1/2 inch. No where even close to 240 BF. No I would not recomend. I will by sheet of fiber board to complete my project.

took a little bit to get used to it, made a big ole mess in the meantime. but got it figured out. need another layer, but the one layer made a huge difference. it says to mist the wood, but it wouldn't stick. I just sprayed the foam on dry surfaces, and it did great.

Easy to use. Wear gloves or do what I did and use walmart plastic bags over your hands.

This product works great, but even with great mixing I think it came up shy on the 240 Board Feet. I used it to spray foam the ceiling of a conversion van and this is the second pack I purchased. However, that seems to be the case with most spray foam reviews. Otherwise, they package this stuff well, and if you buy the full kit like I did the first time, it comes with the spray gun, gloves, and a ceiling and wall spray nozzle to get different angles.
