AKG N700NCM2 - Headphones with mic - on-ear - Bluetooth - wireless - active noise canceling - 3.5 mm jack - noise isolating

To anyone who got these headphones free with their Samsung galaxy note 10+ like I did, the connectivity is shocking. With some googling though, I've found the secret to making them work is to getting into the developers options of the phone, and changing the streaming codec to AAC, ever since doing so, not an issue. Samsung should really know this by now and should be recommending people doing it, which is pretty poor form on your part. I was on the urge of throwing these headphones back in Samsungs face until I found that, now i couldn't be happier.

I received these headphones as part of the note 10+ pre order and I havent been disappointed. Good quality and the NC is awesome. I wnated to review them as I see alot of people complaining about cut out / drop out. I too had this problem, but once I downloaded the AKG app for my phone and updated the firmware on the headphones I havne had a single drop out. Quality is good, only thing i would mark them donw on is that they are a little bulky, but that is ok as I cant see them half the time !! Music quality is great and I find myself using them most odf the day on nearly all of my devices. Great work

I was really happy when these first arrived but after a while, headphones began to cut out while connected to Samsung Note 10+. This didn't happen when connected to my tv. I did a lot of searching for many weeks on forums and couldn't find a satisfactory solution until I stumbled across a post suggesting to download the akg app from Google and update the firmware. I did this last night and it worked perfectly. I love everything else about these headphones.

I got these free with my new note 10 and while I think the sound is great, they constantly cut out and i am forever turning them off and on. Even when connected with the cable they still turn off!! I cod have got a dodgy set but i wouldnt recommend them

I took this headset with my Note 10. However, some cracks started to appear in the frame. I took it to Samsung and they said the problem was with AKG, I contacted AKG and they said that this problem was Samsung's, I went back to Samsung and finally said that the warranty does not cover physical damage. But how come, if the physical damage was not caused by misuse?

I used these headphones with my Note 10+ but the sound cuts out after less than a minute. I can still play and pause the music and skip songs using the buttons, but no sound comes out. Turning the volume to any setting does not make a difference. I have to disconnect and reconnect to get sound back, but it goes away in under a minute again.

Received them free with my pre order, they are great quality but unable to review the sound quality due to the headphones continually drop out due to the headphones aren't compatible with the ScalableCodec. Each time the Bluetooth conducts a scan it drops the connection. Please create a fix and push a firmware update to make these usable.

It came with my new Note 10 phone. The sound quality is good so many issues come with it. The Bluetooth connectivity keep dropping out even at the close range. It does not recharge at all. It is such a waste of good sound quality.

Got these headphones with my note10+ and expected great things from them after reading the blurb. Not so. These useless things do not connect long enough to play anything. Fully charged and hooked up to bluetooth they last approximately 20 seconds before cutting out. Really expected more!!
