Not Authentic
Al Pastor tacos have a very distinct bitter sweet taste that comes from pineapple added on top and sometimes the middle of the rottiserie, i have purchased other spice mixes before that instead use dry pineapple bits giving it a pretty close taste to the authentic street tacos, this blend instead use citric acid which leaves a bitter aftertaste if you are looking for any regular taco seasoning this should be good anough as any other cheaper options but if you are looking for Al Pastor taste look elsewhere this is not it.
