The flavor is exactly like the actual drink which sometimes is a problem but it's perfect. One thing I like about this product is how they recommend you to start off with half a scoop and then build up to a full scoop which is 200 mg of caffeine. I feel like this gives me good results in the gym, especially with my performance and is my top selection for a pre-workout. My favorite trick to do with this is dry-scoop to have a kick in faster.

And the mini pre-workout sticks that I got in my box got me scooped! This pre-workout in combination with the protein powder is the perfect combination to keep me hitting my goals.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I took one sip of this Island Crush pre-workout and suddenly felt like I was on a beach… except instead of lounging, I was sprinting down it like a caffeinated lifeguard. 🍍🏝 The flavor is pure vacation vibes, sweet pineapple, a splash of tropical punch, and just enough tang to make your tastebuds dance. Within minutes, my energy went from meh to WHO NEEDS SLEEP? My workout turned into a sweaty island party where the DJ was my own heartbeat. I crushed my reps, my cardio, and possibly scared a few gym-goers with how enthusiastically I fist-pumped between sets. Bottom line: If you want to feel like you just drank a piña colada that went to college for sports science, this is your stuff.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is now the 4th time this has happened in the last 6 months and I am concerned there is a quality problem because no other brand for pre workout has been hard when I open the container. This time wasn't as hard as the last occurrence and I can use a metal spoon to carve chunks out for me to use. Love the taste and boost of energy the powder usually gives me. Would be my number 1 choice, but inconsistent product purchases leaves me hesitant to buy again.
