Alani Nu, Fit Shake, Protein Shake, Munchies, 20 Grams, 12oz, 4 Pack

These aren't the highest grams of protein but they are delicious. Not overly sweet or chalky at all. They have a thinner consistency. Make sure to shake them up! I've tried all the flavors and munchies is my favorite from this brand. Imo it tastes like salted caramel pretzel. Love adding it to my coffee and smoothies. Also yummy for ice cream or protein pudding. Though my favorite was in cheesecake.

This product is smooth, light, and lightly flavored. It's nice that it's not overly thick and creamy or overpowering flavor. I mix a triple shot of espresso with a shake and it has just the right amount of flavor and no bitterness espresso taste. For the price I wasn't sure if it would be any good at under $5 but man! Was I wrong! I am going tomorrow to buy more.

This is my favorite!!! It looks like Alani changed it a little though. The new one is also good but I wish they would sell the original recipe as well!!! Please bring back the original!!!

Finally completely different flavors!! Keep them coming please!! Also couldn't believe that the same flavored protein powder tastes better with WATER! Wow! I just heard about a microwave cake I can't wait to try!

I wasn't expecting much. Let's be honest: most protein shakes suck. But this one doesn't. It's quite thin but in no way is the flavor watered down. It's smooth and that delicious Munchies flavor is equal from first step to last. I'm not the type that chooses “salted caramel “ in ice cream, or anything else. This was like a smooth caramel, with pretzels. And amazingly great cold. It hit but did not exceed in every category. I always finish each one. Whereas I have a couple of the Cookies and Cream floating in my fridge so long, I think it's time to toss them. I am very lactose intolerant,, and don't recall any problems. Problems of this sort? I tend not to forget. Some people mentioned chunks, bad smells and product sold past its date. I believe them as storage in boiling warehouses, direct sun and out of date? Could definitely cause spoilage. I've ordered them many times in TX with no problem.

I've been looking for something to give me energy in the morning and replace my coffee. This was an excellent choice! Flavor is delicious and helps manage my appetite until lunchtime when I'm too busy for a full breakfast.

I rarely eat breakfast but need protein prior to pulmonary rehabilitation. My pulmonary therapist recommended Alani. It is so easy to get breakfast and even lunch in with Alani. I grab a bottle on the go. You can drink cold or at room temperature.

The shakes are OK. Not thick. More in the bottle than most. Not too much of an artificial sweetener flavor. Would prefer the vanilla but can't seem to be able to get them anywhere. Even the company itself is out of stack and does not know when they will have them again. Disappointing.

These are clean, affordable and have a decent amount of protein (that's why I'm giving 3 stars) If you're only searching for something to suffice temporarily and don't care about flavor then this is perfect. However, the flavor is extremely watery and lack luster. It tastes like if you mixed a tablespoon of cookie dough ice cream in a glass of water. Like, this is not good at all. I was surprised bc the reviews are so good.

I had high hopes because the energy drinks have good flavor. This isn't bad, but this particular flavor tastes like salted caramel and I dont personally love it. Very sweet.
