Alaska Ulu Knife with Stainless Steel Blade

I am totally paralyzed on left side from stroke so only have one hand can use this knife is only way I can cut my food

I love it. Had one, lost in a move, had to replace it.

This knife helps with my arthritis hands, it helps me to cut up anything, I mean anything, effortlessly. It is very sharp so should be kept away from children or young people still learning to cook. I love the way it chops and slices without so much effort.

I gave this as a Christmas present to a sous chef son-in-law. He likes collecting kitchen gadgets and he doesn't have an ulu knife. He tried and used it right away. He likes it and was pleasantly surprised that it was sharp too. Awesome!

I have one great for cutting pizza and toasted french bread sandwiches. Going to order fir Christmas presents

Love this knife for making chopped salads and glad it came with a wooden holder to keep it on the counter - so handy!

I bought this knife as a gift for my husband. On the whole, he likes it. It works well chopping cooked chicken into cubes rather than shredding the chicken that occurs with other knives. Chopping veggies was more difficult than he expected, although it did work for him.
