This fire pit table was packaged very well, ensuring that all the parts were protected during shipping. The directions were clear and understandable. We have not used the product at this time. To sum up, the packaging, directions, as well as the look and quality of the product are very good.

Don't Buy this Product
First, the box was severly damaged when received. We understand this is not the problem from the company, but with all the other issuees we've had, it just adds to the situation. Second, we ordered this product in brown and it came as black. We didn't notice this color discrepancy until we put the top together. We confirmed on our order that we indeed ordered brown. Third, the product came with an area of scratches into the paint/surface area which unfortunately will rust. We've very disappointed in this product. We've been trying to find a customer service number to call but that isn't readily available which is very frustrating, too. We definitely would NOT recommend this product!
