These probiotics have helped eliminate the end of day bloating I get every single evening no matter what I eat. They also help keep my system regular which is a challenge also. They don't cause any upset or discomfort to my digestive system either. Been taking them for about a month twice a day a.m and p.m. I live in Canada so they are expensive but so far the only probiotic I have found that helps without causing problems, and I have tried many!
