Alcatel SMARTFLIP | 4052R | Flip Phone | 4GB | AT&T

Bought this for my husband, to replace his old Alcatel phone, he only likes flip phones with buttons, hates android phones. He was thrilled to get a new one.

This is my second alcatel flip phone i've had. Very fine product, however company selling this phone not at all reliable for shipping thier products on time.. If need products in a timely manner GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After 3 weeks of trying to get TMobile to unlock a previous phone, so we could go to another carrier, we purchased this unlocked phone for my tech-challenged husband. We are happy with this product.

After only 6 mo of use it has started dropping calls and not letting texts open nor letting a lot of pictures snt to me come in. I have used this same make and model before and they only last just past warranty but are cheap priced.

mine is defective the mike does not work so I can not google or voice text will try and return been a while since I bought it but i did not put it in service right away....went to Walmart....sent me to AT%26T,,,,called 611 and found I am missing the app.....another trip somewhere

was shipped and charge for two phones.

I am only giving a one because phone that is supposed to be same make %26 model as I had is not. volume only goes up to 8 on new phone old phone 15 .AT%26T doesn't have access to needed information to update my phone as before why?. Option to block scammers, spammers is not on new phone as old phone.

This phone is not unlocked like the seller reports.

Phone does not have speaker phone function. Should never be sold. Product is being returned!!!!!

I purchased this phone on 11/25/20 for an elderly lady that cannot use a smart phone. Instead of using it as prepaid we put a SIM card in it and used it on our ATT account. It stopped working in Oct 2021. A new battery did not help. I contacted Alcatel 10/6/21. They replied on 10/7/21 and asked questions about the phone. Since then all of my emails have been ignored. They clearly do not intend to honor their warranty. The phone is defective and the customer service is the worst. I will not purchase a product made by this company again.
