Alcon ICaps Multivitamin Eye Vitamin & Mineral Support, Coated Tablets, 100 tablets

What I dislike is having to order on-line, can't purchase them in store anymore. These vitamins are for smokers most eye vitamins have 2 ingredients that can cause smokers to go blind. I was a smoker when I started taking these vitamins 20 plus years ago but have quit I still take these.

My mother has macular degeneration of the eye and took these eye vitamins. Then one day it seemed I could not find these in store. She tried Preservision Areds 2 but not the same. I then realized the companies had merged. I went online at walmart.com and was able to find old formula but areds 2 added. This works well for my mother.

My optometrist prescribed ICaps MV over a decade ago for my dry AMD, which has been reasonably stable ever since then. My only 2 complaints (pretty minor) have been that the blue dye on the coating isn't colorfast and that this is only a 25-day supply. So when I noticed that Costco was selling a 90-day supply of a comparable competing brand (Bausch Lomb PreserVision) I decided to try it. Although I was satisfied with the first bottle I received, the next one came with a number of the capsules melted and a big mess (photos attached). It appears that Bausch Lomb doesn't know how to make a durable gel coat -numerous comparable incidents reported in Amazon reviews. So I am returning the defective bottle of PreserVision and going back to buying ICaps MV.

Walmart online is about the only place I can find this product - recommended by my ophthalmologist for eye health. It's also the least expensive and is usually available. My order arrives quickly.

These are recommended by our Retina Specialist. This particular one is difficult to find in any store so we are go glad we can buy on line from Walmart. They are always delivered within 3 days and that is a plus.

I take this vitamin to try and keep my eyesight. I do not smell, taste or anything of that sort. I just take it with lots of water because it is suppose to help my eyesight.

This is a great multi-vitamin with added Lutein to promote eye health. It's becoming difficult to find, and WalMart is one of the few places that still has it. This item may be discontinued by the manufacturer.

Been taking I Cap Multi Vitamins for approximately 10 years. They were recommended by my ophthalmologist to help prevent macular degeneration. Was just recently told to continue to take them as the are doing what their suppose to do.

My ophthalmologist recommended I use this vitamin to help my eye health because my family has a history of macular degeneration. Each time I visit with him, he says my pressures are stable and things look good. He also asks if I'm still taking my vitamins and I confirm I am. Clearly, these vitamins offer a great deal of much needed supplements for eye health as well as for overall health because it is a multivitamin. I have no side effects or other problems with these vitamins and highly recommend them. Occasionally, you can find a coupon for $3 off on line. I have found them many times. My eye health is very important to me. Macular degeneration is a terrible eye disease that will rob you of your sight. Take care of your eyes if you have this or have a history of this disease. My doctor also strongly promotes eating lots of dark fruit and vegetables because they, too, have lutein.

I was instructed by my opthamologist to take these for macular degeneration. Like all vitamins you don't know if it's benefiting or not. Walmart price is $8.00 cheaper than chain pharmacies.
