It was very easy to put together, attractive and sturdy, only thing I did not like to much was the shelves inside come out and that could cause problems. but other than that it is a beautiful, useful planter. I really like the shelf on the bottom also. holds soil plant food and anything else you need for your plants.

I am a 29-year-old single mom and assemble this on my own in under an hour with my 2 kids running around. My hand was definitely sore at the end, but not as hard to construct as other comments stated. This planter is the perfect size for balconies, very sturdy, great quality. Very pleased with this purchase regardless of having to assemble it by hand. It came packaged very well, definitely smells like a fir not cedar, but should still be very resistant, no problems yet. My only warning would be to make sure you have a level when you were constructing this, and to do it on a hard surface not carpet or it runs the risk of being off balance.

I love my raised bed. I do not have to bend down and I have extra storage at the bottom.

I love this planter mostly for the price. It was very easy to put together. The bottom shelf actually comes already put together. I did add a lining so the soil won't spill out and I did stain it.

built great except theres a large gap that the bottom slats dont cover so had to make a slat to keep dirt fromm pulling down with making my own liner also. smaller then expected. shows same measurements as my last be i ordered but about 6 inches shorter. still a great bed for axsmall space raised garden. wood excellent,

Be careful when putting it together. I followed all of the steps and lined up the legs how they had them labeled and then when I got to the last step of adding the shelf they weren't in the correct order so the holes for the shelf were on the wrong part of the leg. I'm not taking it apart and will just have to drill new holes in the legs later. But it's really frustrating. Other than that it seems okay so far

Cheap wood, it even said on the last page of the instructions " KEEP OUT OF DIRECT SUNLIGHT" It's a planter that you can't have in direct sunlight, really?? We stained and polyethene coated it, hopefully it will last more than one season.

Very poor quality. I could hear the wood split as I inserted the first screws. And at least one piece was broken. I didn't even attempt to complete construction. I just packed it up and returned it for a full refund.
