Alden Design 68.5'' Oasis-themed Multilevel Cat Tree with 3 Perches, Green

This is such a great cat tree for a very reasonable price. It's only been set up for 1 day and my cats already love it. The quality is better than I expected and although the poles aren't solid wood the structure feels quite sturdy. I have it placed in a corner for extra stability but I think it would do well against 1 wall too. Assembly was easy but a bit time-consuming due to the number of pieces. Expect to spend about 30-60 minutes on assembly (the only tool required is an Allen wrench which is provided). The green color is delightful and I love the cactus and mushroom decorations. The green "moppy" fabric is a really satisfying texture as compared to the typical carpet or faux fur options. Both condos are soft-sided with vertical supports which is good in my opinion because this prevent the cat tree from being too top-heavy. The clear "bowls" are made of plastic and they don't attach to the cat tree in any way, instead they are just held in place by a ~1" lip. My advice is pay careful attention to the dimensions of this cat tree because bigger/chunkier cats might not fit on the platforms as comfortably. My two medium-sized cats fit perfectly. The only thing I don't like about the design of this cat tree is the sisal scratching rope is attached with metal staples at the top and bottom which are exposed (so there is a small risk that my cats could snag their claws on the staples). However the pros outweigh this 1 con for me. I will update this review in a few months to reflect whether or not this tree stood the test of time.

My cats love the cat tree. I would order a second one.
