Alden Design 73" Metal Hall Tree with Shoe Storage Bench, Rustic Brown

Item arrived well packaged. It did contain a red ribbon that was attached to a separate small package within the larger package. This small package contained all the hardware including an alan wrench and the instructions. All the pieces were there. The wood feels like solid wood and looks nice. I am very pleased with this product. We have it set on a tray, it doesnt feel too wobbly. We did not install the stabilizing brackets that came with it. We will keep them incase we do need to use them. It is sturdy and should hold 1 person long enough to put on some shoes but I would not use it for long term sitting just because Im not sure its built solely for that. I still have to use a separate coat rack and shoe mat for other shoes just because there are so many in my household. That being said, I love it and its perfect for me.

This hall tree was perfect for my small wall. It was so easy to put together and looks beautiful. I put the straps at the outer top area and it will hold all of my heavy coats and you can sit on the bench. This one had the best price and I would definitely recommend this one.

This is great ! Very sturdy. Thoughtfully packaged. I mean when you first look at the instructions I was considering asking my Husband to help.. ( it even tells you it may take two. lol ) The packaging and directions made it simple %26 very easy to do. There's a red ribbon attached to the outer box that leads to a smaller box of all the screws that's also labeled neatly. So all he did was hangout and talk to me. I'm guessing it took about 30 minutes. I'm hoping to get another one for the laundry room !

Really easy to assemble. Even for those who are assembly required challenged. Give yourself an hour and follow the instructions. Good looking for the price and have received compliments on it. Definitely recommend.

It's a good product for $50! Took about 45 mins putting together and I did it myself without any help. Just make sure you follow the instructions and putting together is easy. It also got adjustable feet so for uneven floor it works great! Do recommend it! I got the grey which gives a modern vibe! Love it!

We purchased this coat rack for the area just inside our house by the back door to our backyard. It's very sturdy construction, other than maybe the plaatic feet. The hooks are very sturdy and an ample size to easily hold several jackets and coats together on just one hook. However, we did have to use a piece of masking tape to keep them from moving around whenever we take a coat off the hooks (we may eventually glue them to mount them in place). That was the onky issue with this rack. We use the top row of hooks for baseball caps. There's enough room between the first row of hooks and second row of hooks that the caps don't obstruct the second row of hooks, making jackets hanging on the second row easily accessible. We can hang adult sized jackets on the second row of hooks without jackets resting on the bench seat beneath it. We are using the top shelf beneath the wood seat for beach towels we want to keep within easy reach to grab as we go out the back door to get into the hot tub. We are using the lowest shelf beneath the seat for a few shoes we typically wear in the back yard. The wood isn't real but looks realistic enough at a glance and blends well with the other real wood furnishings near our back entrance. We needed something narrow that wouldn't take up much space. We haven't mounted ours to the wall and, personally, we have no tipover concerns. Assembly was easy, similar to building an IKEA piece of furniture, with no tools needed.

It came missing one of the support bars %236. Walmart told me to get a hold of the manufacturer, so i did. we will see. The hooks dont screw in, so they slide around. It's not sturdy enough to sit on, which is fine for us but might be a downer for some. The look of it is great the color is pretty the size is perfect fo us. Assembly took my husband about 40 minutes or so. Over all for the price its ok if i paid more i would have taken it back.

The hall tree is fine as far as I could assemble it. It came with some screws missing. Although it says "sold by Walmart" I'm supposed to contact the manufacturer. Of course finding contact information is no easy task.

I have no problem with the product. My issue was with the service, or rather lack of service. I either reached an automated AI that was not helpful at all or received no reply to messages left. It was only after reaching out to a local Super Center that I ever was able to speak to a person and seemed get things moving direction to fix things.

Initially the color of the wood is nice. Based off pictures online it looks like it would be nice. However considering I'm missing all the screws in the box to put it together I'm beyond disappointed and dissatisfied.
