Good for this 200 lb guy lifting 200 lbs max.
So far so good! I only have total 200 lbs, but it supports the bar well, is straight-forward to build and use, and has good adjustment settings. I like how they are 2 separate posts so I can adjust width as needed, yet the bases are stable. I used a leveler to ensure I kept it straight while tightening the bolts. (Also got the bench through Walmart, which has been working great too. So a perfect pair for bench workouts.)

Amazing for the price
Awesome rack if you use it right. Unless you go above eight holes it has 2 support screws holding it together, a pin and the adjustable pin on the spotter rack. You can pull that one out as its spring loaded to adjust with ease. I've loaded up to 210 on it with no indication of a problem so far. Dont be afraid to walk or push the weight onto the rack till it tips. Just be cautious enough to bring it back flat on the floor and dont push it too far.if benching I recommend AT LEAST a 6 foot bar as even with that I can barely bench without hitting it. Squating you could go as small as 5 foot but be aware that you will be stepping over the base of the rack. They're very light and compact so it's very convenient to pull them in and out of storage every day that I use them.

Perfect for home gym
Putting it together was pretty much easy. Just make sure you screw the bolts all the way through. I use a 5-foot standard barbell and I adjust the distance it's held on the rack by moving each individual one. Very sturdy.

The piece that holds onee of the arms up broke and I can't find replacement parts. When they worked they were useful but without the screw device on the lower part it becomes almost useless.

Not sturdy
Not very sturdy. If you dont lift the barbell directly up and down, the racks will tilt.
