Alden Design High Back Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair with Adjustable Padded Headrest, White/Black

The chair was easy to assemble and looks really great with the new desk also purchased from Walmart. The chair is comfortable and provides sturdy back support with a headrest. I would recommend it for anyone that is studying for school or college and working from home.

Good looking office or gaming chair. The entire chair robust, however many plastic parts such as star and wheels may not last as long as some of the higher end models. Mesh traditionally lasts for many years on office chairs, too soon to tell on a teen gaming chair.

I needed a chair with more back support then the one I had and a more comfortable seat. I looked at many chairs and decided on this one. It was reduced for clearance which made it more attractive. I had a little problem with the assembly but got it done without too much stress. It is much more comfortable than the old one and the back is high enough to give my neck and shoulders more support. I am elderly and have shoulder and neck problems so this is a welcome support for me.

It was a little difficult to put together because one step in the instructions was confusing. I was following the directions exactly but once I realized that mistake I adjusted and finished it without the instructions. It didn't take longer than 20 minutes to put it together. It's comfortable and sturdy. It doesn't take up too much space in my small office.

The assembly sucked quite a bit. Had to undo some work to fix it since screwing the chair to the back rest couldn't be done when you have the arm handles on. Overall, it's comfortable and supports my weight. I weigh 225 so im fat but not too badly. It moves very smoothly too.

This chair is amazing and assembly was easy . My only problem was it was missing 3 washers, good thing I have spares at home. Otherwise, chair is great for this price! I love the chair! Been wanting a computer chair with head and lumbar support and finally got one for myself at a great price! Would highly recommend this one.

The pants are exactly as ordered. However, they were delivered to our upstairs neighbor's apartment and not ours. Im glad that wenhave honest neighbors. Not happy that my son had to go find them after receiving the notice they were delivered and they were not here.

The chair itself is fair. The seat cushion is poor. To recline, while weighing about 270... it will topple. It's happened about 3 times to me and because of this, the lumbar support is broken, one arm is loose and one wheel is dented so I have to keep it in the front so it stays fairly level. I would not buy this chair again, nor would I recommend it.

Bought it in May '25 but didn't set it up until Feb. '26. During assembly I could tell the inside screw hosts were flushed under the seat on the left side. The screws wouldn't stay in and one of em just kept spinning. Within 30 days the left side collapsed. The arm rests are itchy.

The product did not come with all required pieces for assembly. The build requires 12 washers. Four to secure the arms of the chair to the back brace, and 8 to secure the metal plate on the bottom to the lift and the back brace to the bottom. The product only comes with 9 washers, making it impossible to fully secure all pieces of the chair together and creating a hazard for any potential use.
