Alden Design High Back Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair with Adjustable Padded Headrest, White/Black

I originallbought this for myself but my wife just had hip replacement surgery and this chair is ideally made for her to use while healing and very helpful in assisting with her getting herself seated and in getting her standing again. It's also extremely comfortable and relaxing including the padded armrests. Oh well, I love her so she can keep it...

The chair was easy to assemble and looks really great with the new desk also purchased from Walmart. The chair is comfortable and provides sturdy back support with a headrest. I would recommend it for anyone that is studying for school or college and working from home.

This chair is amazing and assembly was easy . My only problem was it was missing 3 washers, good thing I have spares at home. Otherwise, chair is great for this price! I love the chair! Been wanting a computer chair with head and lumbar support and finally got one for myself at a great price! Would highly recommend this one.

The pants are exactly as ordered. However, they were delivered to our upstairs neighbor's apartment and not ours. Im glad that wenhave honest neighbors. Not happy that my son had to go find them after receiving the notice they were delivered and they were not here.

This is a great chair for the price. The final product is very good. I partifularly like the feature to move arm rests out of the way by raising them all the way. I gave it a 4/5 rather than 5/5 because there were a few challenges in assmbling the chair. First of all, the casters were too difficult to get in. In all other chairs I have assembled in the past, they went in with a moderate push. Here I had to bang the base on concreter floor with the casters slightly in and hit one of them with a hammer several times to get them in propertly. Secondly, aligning the screw holes to put the seat cushion in was a mighty challege. I had another member of the family help me with that and even then it took us good 15 -20 minutes to get the four screws in to secure the seat cushion. The headrest appears to be a little weak. Any time I adjust it, it almost feels like it was going to break. Finally, they provided a Grey plate to hide the screws that attach the headrest to the back of the chair. This looks a little tacky since the rest of the chair is black. I chose not to use them.

Attaching the armrests to the bottom side of the seat was extremely difficult! 😳 😐 It was hard to find the hole for the screw to go in, and you could turn and turn, but waste your effort and time and energy, because it wasn't in the right spot... but there was no way to see!

I would like to return the package that was delivered to my house five minutes ago. I paid $52 for the chair to put together and the chair came in. A box is not put together. I'm very upset about this. I have a bad back and I don't have anyone to help me to do it and I was charged $52 to put the chair together. I'm very disappointed. Please come and take this package back.

the back support broke almost instently idk if in transit or what not i love the chair but flip no the money its worth comapaird to how fast it broke flip that sit the back support is made out of flimsy palastic but feels amazing for the back when actually working the mesh feel makes it slick and pretty good i liked how the arm rest are like able to tilt up amking them disapear but the back support made this chair not worth

Bought it in May '25 but didn't set it up until Feb. '26. During assembly I could tell the inside screw hosts were flushed under the seat on the left side. The screws wouldn't stay in and one of em just kept spinning. Within 30 days the left side collapsed. The arm rests are itchy.

I returned this because it was a different brand I wasn't familiar with. It was a bait and switch situation to me. When I saw the pictures of this chair I couldn't wait to get it. I really needed it for my back and shoulders. It was adjustable and at a price I couldn't pass up. It was supposed to be a replacement for my previous Hyken chair I bought from Staples. I loved the Hyken and this looked like a perfect replacement. Only it arrived with another brand name and I didn't even want to open it.
