Love it
I bought 2 of these for Christmas gifts. Now when I visit the recipients, their cats are happily ensconced in the to level. The bottom boxes so far are ignored as the cats sleep on top. Everyone is enjoying their gifts. I'd say they are a hit.

Excellent
Loved it, my cats did not waste any time in getting on and playing on this new cat tree. It was fairly easy to put together, it took about an hour.

There were no directions when I opened the box just too many parts that I couldn't make sense of without directions there were also bolts that were in the package of screws which I saw that it needed to be put together I'm sure that someone younger and stronger may have put it together if they had directions although I did ask the manufacturing to send me some directions and I got them several days later but it was after I made the decision to return this. I also cut my hand on one of the pieces and that made my decision. that I would not want my cats on something that could hurt them...
