i love it, just got it together, looks great but . my only issue is that one of the number 19 -2 pc ball swivel black plastic was broke, wondering how to get just that replaced, or where I can get that topper so it's perfect, not going to take it all apart for that to send back but hoping I can just get that replaced, please!

This was easy to put together and perfect for my 3 cats.

I bought this for our cat rescue and put it in the room where we have rescued moms and kittens. It was very easy to put together, and only took about 15 minutes to assemble. The cats took to it immediately and they love it. I wanted something that had lots of space, but wasn't too tall, so the kittens wouldn't hurt themselves. This is perfect for that. Our 8 week old kittens tend to stay on the bottom 2 tiers, while the older cats hang out up at the top. The ramp is perfect for the little ones to run up, and they love the attached toys. The older cats love the beds and the toys. The little house on the bottom is roomy enough that I usually find 2 cats and some kittens hanging out together in it. This cat tree is great for both playing and sleeping.

I just got a 2 1/2 year old kitty, I bought this for him and he's on it constantly, it's helping him feel at home. It's a good quality product that will last awhile.

It has 2 beds and has things the cat can play with. Very nice.

it's easy to assemble and everything was good for about 3-4 months. but after the 3-4 months this literally started falling apart everywhere. i'm not talking about just the ropes they use to scratch, i'm talking about it tilting and on the verge of breaking in half. i thought it was a good price for the tree that's why i got it but cheap things cost you more money in the long run. i would say save your money and invest in a sturdy one because this one is not it
